Spacious rooms and excellent location just a short walk to Terminal 2. Clearer signage from the terminal would really help newcomers.

The food in the bar? Absolutely top-notch! The staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience enjoyable, and the mini fridge in the room is a real lifesaver for snacks!
The false fire alarm at night? Not cool.

Great location and clean rooms. Poor parking options and limited food late at night.

Location is super convenient, just a quick walk to Terminal 2. The signage to find the hotel could be much clearer. Room was clean and quiet, which was a plus. Didn't love the high food prices at the bar. Overall, a decent stay before a flight.

The crab dishes were fresh and full of flavor the service was quick and friendly with no long waits which is a must when you're hungry.
It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for.

Location is everything, and this hotel nails it. The sky bridge from Terminal 2 straight into the lobby is a game changer. The runway view was stunning, yet remarkably soundproof. Rooms are efficient and immaculate. The beds? Extremely comfortable. Staff were professional, ensuring smooth check-in. food prices are exorbitant—£25 for a burger is excessive. Breakfast was good but overpriced. Signage could use enhancement; finding the hotel wasn’t straightforward. air-conditioning issues made for an uncomfortable arrival. Noise from other guests? Inconsiderate. A restful night is essential, especially when the price is this high. Would I return? Yes, but with other options in mind.

Breakfast before all-day dining? Drinking in a rooftop bar overlooking the runway? A train ride to London in 15 minutes? The stunning décor spoiled me! Enjoyed the fitness center and complimentary Wi-Fi. Safety first with various detectors. The continental breakfast was delightful!
Oh, what fun it was not to find signage in the lifts at T2.

I loved how this hotel was just a short stroll from Terminal 3, making my early morning travel stress-free and allowing me to relax in my spacious and clean room without any noise from the airport, which was a huge plus for me as a city explorer! Plus, with Cranford Country Park just around 3.5 km away, I had the perfect spot for a lovely weekend walk amidst nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the breakfast started a little earlier with early flights.

The location is excellent for terminal access. The room is very comfortable, with clean and tidy spaces, though a bit spartan. The bed was plush, ensuring a restful sleep, and I appreciated the quiet environment—no road noise at all. Temperature control was easy to adjust, keeping the room cozy. The shower was powerful and refreshing. the choice of scented toiletries was overpowering; an unscented option would be better. Room service was prompt with great fish and chips, but had some hiccups with the restaurant. Views of the runway from the rooftop bar were magnificent, perfect for plane spotting.

When we checked in at the Hilton Garden Inn near Heathrow, the room was quite disappointing. It was like a blast from the past - the furnishings seemed ancient and the whole floor had a funky smell like sewage. The lighting inside the room was dim, and the carpet in the corridors was stained and worn out. I was really not impressed by the overall condition of the room. One thing that really irked me was the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I had to make a mental note to remember to pack those items next time I travel. the toiletries provided were minimal - no shower cap, and not even a simple cup or glass. It was a bit inconvenient. I did appreciate the view from the room of the planes taking off and landing. It was quite a memorable experience. The staff at the restaurant were top-notch; they managed the busy crowd efficiently and the food was delicious. the breakfast seemed overpriced for the limited choices available. I also had issues with the check-in process. We had to wait for quite a while, and it felt like we were being ignored after a long flight. The communication regarding our early arrival seemed to have been missed, resulting in a no-show charge, which took a frustratingly long time to refund. I'd say the stay at Hilton Garden Inn near Heathrow was a mix of highs and lows.

I was pretty disappointed with the check-in process—no one smiled or made me feel welcome.

Convenience is the biggest perk here—just a short walk from the terminal. The rooftop bar offers lovely views, perfect for unwinding after a long flight. Reception was friendly, and the bed was impressively comfortable, making it hard to rise in the morning. Unfortunately, accessing the room early came at a cost, which felt unnecessary. Some design quirks, like the sketchy entrance and confusing elevators, left room for improvement. Minor amenities like the empty hand lotion and enthusiastic shower conditioner dispenser also need attention. Despite a few hiccups, it’s a solid choice for ease and comfort.

Close to LEGOLAND & Wentworth, we had a blast. Easy transportation to the airport for our early flight. Staff were cool, food was decent. Perfect for our teen squad getaway.
Wish there was a sick rooftop bar for epic hangouts.

Staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and out a breeze. The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of menu choices and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was both clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the room's soundproofing was impressive, offering a peaceful environment despite the proximity to the airport. Being just a short 3-minute walk from the Heathrow terminals made it incredibly convenient for our romantic escape.
Finding the hotel was a bit challenging, as it is located across a parking lot from the terminals and not directly inside. This might pose difficulties for those unfamiliar with Heathrow airport.

The kids had a blast exploring the theme park, and we loved the convenience of being so close to such a popular attraction. The rooms were cozy and clean, providing a relaxing haven after a fun day at LEGOLAND.
My wife says that a dedicated play area for kids would enhance the family experience.

Conveniently located for early morning flights from Heathrow. The room was clean, comfy, and spacious, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The shower had nice hot water and good pressure, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel.
Lack of signage made finding the hotel challenging, with dismissive staff exacerbating the issue. The hotel's high prices did not align with the level of service received.
